On the 13th of February 2007, during the corporate launch of “Adopt-a-Public-School” Initiative at the Nigerian Stock Exchange (NSE), Covenant Christian Centre was honoured by the Federal Ministry of Education as an existing adopter in recognition of Edu-Aid’s impact in National Primary School.
This came as a surprise to us because we had barely achieved 10% of our plans for the school. The recognition and appreciation of our efforts as a church in aiding a public school only served to strengthen our commitment to make Edu-Aid a role model for others to emulate.
